You may have heard about Cyprus Fertility Centre from a friend, on the internet via fertility forums or maybe through a Google search. However, regardless of how you arrived at this website, you will be wondering who we are.
We have a huge level of experience within the industry and can help you through every stage of your fertility journey.
Cyprus Fertility Centre is comprised of six core members making up the coordination team and a wider workforce of doctors, nurses, anaesthetists, embryologists, biologists, genetic experts, laboratory technicians, chauffeurs, chefs and other support staff, who all work together to offer you a relaxing, problem-free treatment at Cyprus Fertility Centre.
Op. Dr. Ali Enver KURT
– Obstetrician and Gynecology and IVF Specialist
Dr. Ali Enver Kurt was born in Istanbul in 1962.
He finished his medical studies in Cerrahpaşa School of Medicine in Istanbul University in 1987 and completed his residency in Göztepe and Okmeydanı Teaching and Research Hospitals between the years 1980 and 1992.
He worked as a founder and senior physician in important fertility clinics in Turkey between the years 1995 – 2013.
After working as a founder and senior physician in Sarajevo, Bosnia Herzegovina with his vast experience in fertility treatments, he had his own practice in Istanbul. He started to work in our clinic in 2019. He is a board member in the sports club, Galatasaray.
He is a member of TSRM (Turkish Society of Reproductive Medicine), TJOD (Turkish Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecology), ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology), ASRM (American Society of Reproductive Medicine). He has good command of English and French. Dr. Ali Envert Kurt is married with two children.

Ali KIZILKANAT
– Head of Embryologist / Laboratory Supervisor
Upon his graduation from Çukurova University, Department of Biology, Ali Kızılkanat completed his Andrologia and Embryology training at Pakize Tarzi IVF Center. Ali Kızılkanat has Embryology certificate from the Ministry of Health, Turkey and worked as the laboratory supervisor at Bahçeci IVF Center, German Hospital and Umut IVF Center in addition to his work at the embryology laboratory of Middle East and Balkans IVF Center, Famagusta Medical Center UKCFA IVF Center. He joined our center in 2018 as Embryologist and Laboratory Supervisor.
Dr.OKTAY AISER
– Anesthesiologist
Dr. Oktar Aiser was born in Limasol, Northern Cyprus.
He graduated from the School of Medicine in Istanbul University and completed his residency in anesthesiology in 1980 and his residency in gynecology in 1990 and then worked in Germany . He started working in hospitals in Northern Cyprus in 2013 and he has been working in our clinic since 2018. Dr. Aiser is married with two children and has a good command of English and German.
HAKAN CIFTCI
–International Patients Coordinator and Patient Liaison
Hakan is the main contact for patients while they are in Cyprus. His responsibilities include meeting patients on their arrival and guiding them through each stage of their treatment. He provides educational information in conjunction with the doctors relating to treatments, procedures, medication and continuing care requirements. He will provide patients with updates from the embryologist regarding egg quality, fertilisation rates and embryo numbers.
Hakan is based at the hospital full-time and so you’ll definitely get to meet him when you arrive in Cyprus for your treatment.
Hakan ensures that Cyprus Fertility Centre runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, co-ordinating appointment times, drivers, operations, doctors and many other aspects of the organisation. He also assists patients with their medication and financial aspects of the treatment.
